A stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites Pigeon Forge gets you just off of the Parkway but within viewing distance of the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel at The Island. Amazingly enough, there is no easy way to get across the Parkway to the Island from Wears Valley Road but you can walk down the sidewalk along the Parkway for about 1/3 of a mile and cross at The Island Road Intersection safely. This property is not a Water Park hotel but it does have some really nice features and we feel it is worth mentioning this one on our site. The Baymont Inn and Suites in Pigeon Forge does have an Outdoor and Indoor Swimming pool for their guests.

 CONS

Cons:
There are quite a few average reviews but not that many bad reviews, still, there are some who mention a dark, outdated room with hard and uncomfortable beds. There is not a crosswalk to The Island complex at Wears Valley road which came as a surprise.
