Have you ever gone for a drive, not looking for anything in particular and all of a sudden you run across something you never expected? This would be considered a found treasure in our book and the Parkside Resort in Pigeon Forge Tn might be the Treasure you are looking for.
Rustic Qualities with Class
As you pull into the Resort off of Little Cove Road, you will first come across the Check-in Station on your right. This large Cabin-Like structure will have the information ready from a well trained staff member to get you to your Cabin and on to your stay. When you leave the Check in Cabin, you will drive through a large Double Iron Gate and up the Mountain to your Cabin. Along the way, you will start to see a few of the amenities provided for the resort guests like a gorgeous covered pavilion with picnic tables and a place to grill with family and friends. Lining the drive are real gas fired lanterns to light the way.
Take some time to look through the Amenities list for the Cabin you will be renting. Although most of the Amenities are the same across all cabins, some cabins have more than others. You do not want to get a big surprise because you did not pay attention to what you were paying for.

Cabins with 1 to 10 Bedrooms
That is right, you saw those numbers correctly. You have the option to rent from a 1 Bedroom Cabin with 1,100 Square Feet that sleeps up to 6 People all the way up to a 10 Bedroom Model with 3 Levels and 6,000 Square Feet that sleeps up to 38. Wow, that is a large Cabin just perfect for large Family get together or maybe even a Family Reunion. The Amenities at the Parkside Resort Cabins in Pigeon Forge Tn are just as amazing as the Cabins themselves. Featuring items like Key-less Entry, Full Kitchens, Flat Screen TV’s and even a Hot Tub for your enjoyment. Some of the larger Cabins have a Private Indoor Swimming Pool and 3D TV with Netflix.
Parkside Resort Reviews
Pros:
As you can see from the Ratings, it is hard to find anything wrong with the way that the Pigeon Forge Parkside Resort is operated. TripAdvisor Ranks this Resort #3 out of the 47 when picking a place to stay in Pigeon Forge. There are so many things to do and with Cabins from 1 to 10 Bedrooms, there is plenty of space for everyone.
Cons:
There are a couple of complaints mainly about the Kitchens not having enough cookware or dinnerware for the number of guests staying at the Cabin. Also, if you are planning on booking at the Parkside Resort and they do not have an available Cabin on the property, you do have an option of renting at an offsite Cabin location. The Cabins are known to be nice but they are a good drive from the Parkside Resort. This being the case, a couple of guests were a little upset that they were too far away to enjoy all of the amenities provided by the Parkside Resort in Pigeon Forge.

Indoor and Outdoor Heated Pools
This Resort definitely makes our list because of the Swimming Pools. The Indoor Heated Pool has 2 Water Slides while the Outdoor Salt Water Pool has a large Water Slide as well. In the evenings, when the weather is nice outside, the Outside Pool changes over to and Outdoor Swim up Movie Theater. There are no additional costs for the movie, this is provided by the resort.
Other Fun things to do
On top of having the 2 Pools, there are a couple of really nice playgrounds for the kids. Beside the Outdoor Pool, you will find a full 18 hole Putt-Putt Golf Course. Take the family on a nice nature walk together and enjoy the fresh mountain air and scenery while walking either of the 2 Walking Trails at the resort.
Dining at the Parkside Resort
There is a small Country Store on the Parkside Property and each of the Cabins have a full Kitchen. There are no restaurants at the Resort however, you are only about 3 miles from the main road that goes through the center of Pigeon Forge where there are plenty of places to dine.
