Each of the king rooms can have slightly different configurations. For example, you can get a basic king that does not have a balcony, fireplace or hot tub but you can also get a king room that has it all. Be sure when you are booking that you pick the one you are looking for. Typically, the King rooms that have the 2-person hot tub, will cost a little more.

Balcony
Not all rooms come with a balcony. If you want the additional outdoor space to be sure to pick this as an option when booking. The Balcony gives you great views of the Pigeon Forge area. The rooms on the higher floors have the best views.
