While this Hotel does sit on a flowing river and in front of the National Park, it is not just the location that makes this property stand out. The staff is said to be friendly and accommodating and using the Pigeon Forge - Gatlinburg Trolley system that stops at this location, makes it very easy to get around.
Cons:
Now for some of the not so great comments: To their credit, when you hear about an in-room jacuzzi, you might expect a little better presentation. Although the tubs are designed for two it almost looks like they took the Whirlpool out of the bathroom and stuck it in the corner of the room. There are also some complaints about the cleaning in the rooms and how the staff responds to problems. The good comments far outweigh the bad and it is probably a Hotel in Gatlinburg worth looking in to.
