Pros:
Most of the guests really like staying at the Best Western Plaza in Pigeon Forge and this is shown by an over 85% approval rating. The rooms are said to be very clean & comfortable. It was nice being on the Parkway and having direct access to the Fun Time Trolley system right outside the front door. The kids have a really great time at the pools. One day it was raining so the indoor pool was a great option. Breakfast is great and served in a separate space with plenty of seating.
Cons:
Others did have a few complaints. Some of the room colors were not to their liking. The breakfast was nice but it would be great if it was mixed up a bit each day to give some variety. Some guests felt the WiFi was great while others mentioned that it was spotty on them. It might be worth asking for a room near better internet connections when staying.

Fun Things to Do
Of course, the most fun at the Best Western Plaza Inn would have to be the indoor and outdoor pools. Having the Dixie Stampede right next door is a huge bonus for most guests as well. This is one of the hottest tickets in town and is a must for many visitors to the area. The stop for the Fun Time Trolley is located right in front of the hotel on the Parkway giving you quick and inexpensive access to all of the fun in Pigeon Forge.
