Pros:
For the most part, the reviews of the Comfort Inn and Suites at Dollywood Lane are very positive. Most of the guests comment on the cleanliness of the rooms and how nice the staff is. Some even talk about conversations that they have had with the cleaning people. You will notice that some mention that this is a Motel but I think this is just a misconception due to the balconies at each room. Each of the rooms are accessible from an interior corridor, not from the outside so that makes this a hotel for sure. The breakfast is brought up many times on how nice it is.
Cons:
For the few bad reviews, some of the guests complained about the noise with kids running up and down the halls and rooms next to the vending machines seem to be extra noisy. A few also mention a lack of housekeeping saying that there room was not cleaned every day.

Indoor Heated Pool and Outdoor Pool at Sister property
The Indoor Pool at the Comfort Inn Dollywood Lane is not huge but it does get the job done. Kids will enjoy splashing around in the pool year round. There are no additional water amenities, like a water slide or lazy river but kids are just happy to be in the water most of the time. If it is warm, the Quality Inn next door is a sister property to the Comfort Inn and has a nice Outdoor Pool with small Kids Splash park. The Outdoor Pool is open seasonally.
Best Room Location
It really depends on what you are looking for. Some guests like the upper floors for the better views and to get away from some of the noise while others like the ground floor with outside door access.
Fun Things to Do
The Comfort Inn at Dollywood Lane is almost right across the street from the Dixie Stampede on the Parkway. The Fun Time Trolley has a pickup and drop-off spot right in front of Denny’s next door. Be sure to take a trip to The Island with all of the little shops and restaurants, it is fun for the whole family.
